The Casa Fiesta story
It started around a family table.
The idea for Casa Fiesta grew from long Sunday meals where the tortillas stayed warm, the salsa kept moving around the table, and no one left hungry. In 2014, that table became a neighborhood restaurant.
Today, we still cook with the same priorities: honest ingredients, patient preparation, and generous hospitality. We roast our chiles, mix our marinades, and build every plate to order.
